The Morphopolis series (2014-2016) is ultimately about the process of change and revival, arguably analog to gentrification. In each painting, there’s a process of creating a painting and then obscuring it with a subsequent painting but allowing the prior version to be selectively revealed.

Morphopolis is also about embracing and working with my own predilection to change my mind about my paintings and constantly revise and append them.
